Important Information

Ladies and Gentlemen,

in mid March 2020 some of the services and departments at our company switched to home office work for a number of employees. In the course of the last weeks, however, regulations and measures of the Austrian Federal Government permitted a return to (almost) normal activities.

All inquiries and orders will be dealt with as usual and without delay but we do ask your understanding, if delays may occur in those areas where we still rely on home office work to a greater extent and where on-line processing may take a little longer. Our service team has been available throughout this period, albeit in a reduced scope. Travel restrictions may still be cause for delays in dealing with service work remotely. We do, however, expect that we may take up our regular travelling activities and closer customer contact soon.

If you are planning to visit our premises for service or training purposes or regular business talks we are welcoming you warmly. Please do schedule a meeting in advance with the person(s) you intend to visit. At our offices we will have face masks, hand disinfectant as well as face shields at your disposal. And we will always keep the recommended safety distance.
